There are different approaches to board review – and the value naturally differs too. In this session, Richard will draw on many years’ worth of experience of board reviews for many different types of organisations and using various techniques.
Richard will give examples of what has worked well – and of the typical benefits drawing on direct experience. Recognising that many boards might not be looking for a “full interview-based review” he will also look at how to get the best results from self-assessments and how to get the most out of questionnaires.
