With her HR consulting background, Catherine’s focus is on effective boardroom dynamics and culture, director contribution, development and succession.  She is also a non-executive director on the Board of an international company where she chairs the Remuneration Committee.

Previously Catherine was a partner at PwC, leading a network of thirty consultants in nine countries. She has advised the boards and management of companies across a range of sectors on: effective corporate governance, HR and remuneration strategies, and HR due diligence.  Her clients have included private and listed companies, Trustee Boards of pension schemes, charities and international organisations.

Prior to PwC, Catherine worked at the Bank of England.  She holds an MSc from the London School of Economics.
