Jonathan Hayward is participating in an afternoon panel Effective preparation for board meetings at 13.30 on Day One.

The quality of board meetings often rests on the quality of preparation beforehand. 

From the timely distribution of board papers, to the structure of the agenda and the effectiveness of the Chair, there are a number of elements that make up an effective meeting. 

In his session Jonathan Hayward will assess what makes for ideal board preparation and role of the company secretary in managing that process.
