Damla is a consultant working with clients on their external board reviews but also helping them to run their own internal reviews using Thinking Board®, our online questionnaire.
With a background in data science, Damla is well placed to ensure boards get the most from analysing the data from their questionnaires.
She leads our benchmarking project group and has worked with IAL partner organisations to develop specialist questionnaire content on cyber security and for trustee boards in the charities sector.
Damla is a French and Turkish speaker. She has an MSc in Management Science from LSE.←Go back
